So, I’m scrolling through my FaceBook timeline and I see this post from a distraught bride-to-be. She walked out of a bridal store in tears because she couldn’t get service. She believes her decorated (tattooed) body pushed the service ladies away. Certainly, this FaceBook post is just one side of the story. But look at the reach it has. Nearly 200,000 people “liked” the post and more than 16,000 people have commented.

Today’s consumers are fed up with shoddy service and they are speaking out and voting with their feet. It’s nice to be nice. Why not just give good customer service? It’s easier. It’s smarter. Treat customers the way you would want to be treated.
